3rd Annual Foley Sister Cities Oktoberfest 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run, presented by WAS Design

The Foley Sister Cities Commission invites you to join us for our 3rd Annual Oktoberfest 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk! This USATF Certified 5K course takes place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at OWA on the Island, with an 8:00 AM start. Oktoberfest costume contest for all participants. The post-race celebration features DJ music, brats, and beer for participants. 

Event Details:

 5K Start: 8:00 AM (certified course)

 1-Mile Fun Run: immediately following the 5K

Packet Pickup Options:

•Race Morning: 6:30–7:30 AM at OWA on the Island

•Early Packet Pickup Celebration: Friday, October 3, 4–7 PM at Baumhower’s Victory Grill, Tanger Outlet Mall - Raffle for the first 50 guests at the Early Packet Pickup event

After the Race:

Join OWA’s Oktoberfest starting at 2 PM for live music, food, fun, and the brats eating contest!

All proceeds support Foley Sister Cities programs, including student exchanges between Hennef, Germany and Foley, Alabama.
